“Khuda Aur Mohabbat” is not solely running on its name and the pull of its preceding seasons. “Khuda Aur Mohabbat 3” is amassing a fan following in its own right based on story, character and performances – and, of course, we cannot forget the grand sets and direction. The show has been written by Hashim Nadeem Khan, directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain and stars Feroze Khan, Iqra Aziz, Junaid Khan, Mirza Zain Baig, Sunita Marshal, Javed Sheikh, Seemi Pasha, Waseem Abbas, Tooba Siddiqui, Momina Iqbal and several others. Farhad has now settled into his role as driver in Mahi’s home, but with the two coming face to face in episode 7, things take a new turn.
Fahad (Feroze Khan) continues to win over hearts in episode 7 of “Khuda Aur Mohabbat,” not only of viewers, but also those around him. While Sajjal (Shameen Khan) is seen developing a crush on Fahad, believing him to be interested in her, Dilawar (Saqib Sumeer) is seen befriending the young man as well. After Farhad proves himself worthwhile in the eyes of Nazim (Sohail Sameer), Farhad is hired on as the permanent driver and is given Nazim’s stamp of approval. Farhad is pleased, but only because he gets to remain close to Mahi. He offers the reward Nazim gave him to Dilawar, who tells him that he will only take the money so he can send it to Farhad’s family. Dilawar is a good guy and recognizes that this service of work is not meant for Farhad, as he’s meant for better things. He wishes for Farhad to leave this place, but accepts that it’s where he wants to stay. Dilawar has a story of heartbreak of his own, losing his own love when she married someone else. It’s evident that Farhad’s story will grow to resemble Farhad’s – however, Farhad is not one to give up and that’s clear from how far he has come to win over Mahi.
However, does Mahi (Iqra Aziz) want to be won over? The simple answer is no. Mahi was only engaged in a flirtation, that too only to get her way to help Rida (Meherbano) throughout the wedding. Now that she’s back, she had never imagined her actions would come back to haunt her. She sends Fakira to talk to Farhad and tell him to leave immediately, implying he will be killed if his true intentions are discovered, but Farhad is fearless, his sights only fixated on his love. So Mahi plots a way for Farhad to drive her to school and has a stern discussion with him, telling him that he never should’ve come here and he should leave. This leaves Farhad in shock, as he truly believed he shared something special with Mahi – if nothing else, at least a true friendship. While trouble is brewing between Mahi and Farhad, Taimur (Mirza Zain Baig), Sikandar (Junaid Khan) and their mother (Hina Bayat) plan to send a proposal for Mahi – and upon hearing this, Mahi’s parents (Usman Peerzada) and Rubina Ashraf) are overjoyed! Mahi and Farhad’s one-sided romance will come to an end soon enough….or will it?
Kanwal Naseer Passes Away: Celebs Express Grief Over Death Of Pakistan’s First Female TV Host
Feroze Khan is one of those actors who is not only dependable, but also goes the extra mile to give an extra spark to his performance. It is Feroze Khan who carries “Khuda Aur Mohabbat” on his shoulders – and that’s saying something, considering this is a star-studded cast and consists of some of the best actors in Pakistan. The visuals in this drama are also praise-worthy, a treat for the eyes with its lavish gardens and sets. Upcoming episodes will now begin to show Farhad’s slow decent into heartbreak. Back home, his family is seen crying for him, wishing he would come home, Naheed (Momina Iqbal) in particular. Viewers wish Farhad would return home as well as the upcoming scenes will be heartbreaking – and still, “Khuda Aur Mohabbat” is a television masterpiece up until this point.
