Love birds Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are expecting their first child. While speculations surrounding the Game of Thrones star’s pregnancy made headlines in February 2020, the couple opted to stay away from the spotlight back then, choosing not to make an official statement for their millions of fans world over. Fast forward five months and the star duo is yet to publicly acknowledge the news and due date of their baby’s arrival. But can anything be kept hidden from the shutterbugs? Absolutely not! Latest reports suggest that the 24-year-old has entered her ninth month and will be giving birth very soon.
The news has had Turner-Jonas fans excited for a long time now and they are impatiently awaiting the birth announcement. To be honest, so are we! Turner, however, has been teasing her followers (read: Us!) with the cutest maternity looks that have been popping up on everyone’s newsfeeds. Turner seems to be a big fan of short-length airy dresses during her pregnancy period. She recently re-wore her mini short-sleeved baby doll dress and we could not stop swooning over her. The outfit has to be one of our favs from Sophie’s elaborate maternity wardrobe. She coupled the white number with a snake skin printed bag and matching mask. During an outing in Santa Monica this week, Turner repeated the look from head-to-toe including the white thong sandals and fit-for-a-princess dress. The starlet completed her look with the now-trending, star-printed face mask (courtesy Covid-19 *eyeroll*). She also sported an all-white, spaghetti strap shirt-dress with bum shorts on another occasion.
Do any of you remember when Turner turned up in a baby pink baby doll dress by Honorine last month? She paired it with a simple white T-shirt underneath and black faux fur slip-ons. A white mask, thin eyeliner and sunglasses provided for the epic picnic look.
But, hang on for a moment! Easy breezy dresses are definitely a win-win for summer and surely a pregnancy staple for Turner but what about her statement black tees? She hasn’t let go of them in her pregnancy either and we love it. The diva made a mark as she stepped out for a stroll in a black T-shirt and jeggings with her singer-husband. She completed her look with a pair of sunnies, a blue mask and a high ponytail. Casual and chic, the comfiest option for expecting mothers.
That’s not all! Turner knows how to turn heads wherever she goes. We love how she wore the same black jeggings with a fitted black button-down sweater during the early months of her pregnancy. The smocking effect of the top made her appear oh so aww-dorable.
